Welcome to the Creatively Crafty Link Party hosted by the Creative Crafters Blogging Group! You’ve worked hard on your project, and it looks great! Share it with us and get the kudos you deserve! Any and all creative endeavors are welcome…crafts, original writing, recipes, DIY tutorials, you name it!

We took advantage of low rental rates and the Perseid meteor showers to get out of town for a night. We ended up Star Gazing in León in the little village of Herrerias de Valcarce. It’s right on the Camino de Santiago the pilgrimage route made famous in the US by the movie The Way starring Martin Sheen and Emilio Estevez. (affiliate link) I don’t think they did any filming in this village, but we did see and speak to other pilgrims.

Speaking of the Camino, this is as good a time as any to announce I’m planning to embark on my own journey sometime in September after our move has been completed. Keep an eye out for a more formal post about it. I hope to be able to blog while I’m travelling but I noticed my internet signal is a little sketchy in the mountains. Vamos a ver…

And now…this week’s Featured Post!

I’m going to need a new bag holder and this one from Amigas 4 All is so simple to make there’s no excuse not to have all those bags in order in no time. Besides the colorful floral pattern of the towel that’s used, I really like that this project is in reach for anyone with a needle and thread. That’s right…this project is hand sewn! And it’s not difficult at all. Follow the link to visit and check out the great little video that demonstrates how make it without a lot of fuss.

Feel free to download our Featured Button and display it on your post! I will be pinning your project to our group board as well as a few other Pinterest boards and sharing on other social media as well. I’m sure others will love it, too!

Let’s move on to the round up. Do you have anything creative you’d like to share? We’d love to see it. Browsing through the projects is a pleasant part of my week!

Thank You for sharing your creativity with us. Each week we will sponsor a new link party, and pin our favorites. With so many bloggers participating that means more exposure for YOU! Head over to the other co-hosts blogs to see all their fun stuff.

Thanks for sharing your project with us! Keep an eye out as we’ll be sharing posts on various social media channels during the week. We’re growing and that’s a good thing, although as the party gets larger it will be more difficult for me to visit and comment on every link. So I’m counting on you guys to help out. Please try to find time to visit a link or two yourself and congratulate your fellow crafters on a job well done!

There are just a few simple rules:

-Link to a specific post, not your home page.
-Link up something YOU made/wrote/created.
-Giveaways, other link parties, Etsy shops or business links are not accepted.
-Don’t link and run. Try to visit at least one link and show them some love. You may make a new friend.

Please do not pin from these thumbnails. If there’s a post you want to pin please click on the link title to visit the source and pin from their blog.

Not a blogger? No problem! Anyone with an Instagram or Facebook account can link to a photo of your completed masterpiece or work in progress.

Could you do us a favor and share the party on Twitter before linking up?

I NEED YOUR HELP!

I’d love to start making videos, like the one in today’s featured post, but I don’t want to make a huge investment up front. If you have a tutorial on the process it would be nice if you shared it either in the linky or in the comments. I’ll be sure to check it out because previous efforts were a bit frustrating!
